Christy

Christy grew up on a farm in Alberta and has had a passion for animals that led her to enroll in the Animal Health Technologist Program that she graduated from in 2001.  Over the following years, Christy worked at a variety of veterinary clinics around Alberta and also taught Animal Health Technology at both Fairview College and Olds College. The love of working directly with animals called her back to veterinary practice after six years of teaching and Signal Hill Animal Clinic became her working home in 2011.

When she is not at the clinic, Christy enjoys spending her time mountain biking, camping, cooking, reading and, as she jokingly says, recovering from the many little injuries she picks up from patients over the course of a typical day at work.
