Jaclyn has been part of the veterinary industry for more than 15 years. Throughout her career, she has gained experience in emergency, ICU and triage, general practice, shelters, daycares, and even animal behavioral research. In 2014, she found her professional home with the Signal Hill Animal Clinic family, beginning as a receptionist and eventually growing into her current role as Lead RVT. She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Calgary in 2012 and later completed the Animal Health Technologist program at Olds College in 2017.
Jaclyn is known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the joy she brings to her team. She prides herself on being a supportive leader who is always ready to help her coworkers. She has a special interest in ophthalmology, dentistry, and radiography, and she is deeply committed to practicing exceptional veterinary medicine. Her dedication drives her to advocate for every patient and to provide care that meets the highest standards.
Outside the clinic, Jaclyn cherishes time with her husband, her two young boys, and her dog Old Man Lukas, who holds a very special place in her heart. She enjoys cooking, planning parties, solving puzzles, watching sports, and playing games with her family.
